We offer refunds on FULL PRICE ITEMS, subject to the below.
In order to successfully refund your order, your items must meet the following rules
- Within 7 days of purchase date
- In saleable condition
- Item is Full Price and NOT promotional discounts
- Postage costs will not be refunded
We endeavour to process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Once your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your bank to clear the funds.
If you have a faulty item, please contact us. In accordance with relevant legislation, we will provide refunds on manufacturing faults.
